What do you guys think of my trashtalking in basketball?

    As a long time player and fan of basketball, I have developed several sayings that I frequently incorporate into my game in order to mentally control the court, which subsequently allows me to physically control the game.

    I'm back on campus at UH, ready to wreak some havoc at the rec.

    1. Score a fg --> Tell the defender that "the bank just called." Proceed by asking him if he knows what they said. After he says "No," I tell him that they said "I am good for some money".

    2. Score a fg --> Say "Take some of that brah"

    3. Block a shot --> Say "Get out of here with that weak stuff, brah"

    4. When I have the ball --> Tell my defender to "come get some"

    5. (Personal Favorite) Score a fg --> Run a bit, while humming the ESPN NBA theme song --> Say how that play would be in the top 5 on ESPN afterwards

    I HATE when someone does that, wanna punch these guys in the nuts.
    Trashtalkers motivate me even harder and I go beast mode, going iso on them and doin IN YO FACE shots, turnarounds, posting them up and embarassing them, etc. Had games where I proceeded to cut off my team and just score 1on1 on the opponent that talked trash to me. That way they shut up eventually.
    I personally let my game speak, silent assassin. Don't need dirty talk to push myself or look good.

    This isn't relevant but:
    Apparently when people trash talked with Hakeem or elbowed him, he'd respond by saying "Nice move big fella"

    I thought that was pretty cool.

    That is very cool, I appreciate his humility and demeanor, but I go hard 110%. Unadulterated ferocity, especially on the court. No matter what my endeavor.
