Yes, it's another relationship thread from me... this time it's just a general question. What do men want from women? Other than the obvious thing that we're all good for... unless that really is the only thing you want. In that case, be honest and post it. What do you guys really want from your female partner? And how can she show she cares in a way that will be meaningful to you?
i just want a girl who loves me as much as i love her, will be there for me no matter what. will be honest at all times no matter how hard it is to tell me some things....i just want a girl i can be happy with.....wish i could find her...
To be honest, I'm not sure exactly what I want. Someone that loves me.. someone that I love.. Someone that helps make me happy, but I'm not ready to depend on someone else to make me happy.. and I have to be making her happy as well because if only one of us is happy then that won't work... or she could just have one of those huge money bins filled with cash like on that duck tales cartoon.. that would be cool to swim in..
A woman to come without the drama that every woman I've ever known inherently brings to a relationship. If you must have drama, please don't share it with me, and I'll do the same for you.
Someone to listen, someone to love me as much as I love them, someone to "grow old with" (yea, i stole that from Wedding Singer), someone who wants have a family. I got one now that im not letting go, but we'll see how that goes.
We want you to reciprocate. We want your legs and armpits completely hairless 24 hours a day. We want you to desire sex with us (on an individual level) as much as we desire sex with you, if not more. We want you to learn what North, South, East and West are. We want you to learn how to properly drive a car. We want you to realize what's important to us (or just ask). We want you to verbally tell us what you want/like. We want you to smile, hold our hand, and make us feel loved. We want you to be loyal to us and our relationship every day for the rest of your life. We want you to let us figure stuff out for ourselves. We want you to dress relatively sexy every single day of your life. We want you to cut us some slack and help us (not chastise us) when we do things wrong. We want you to communicate clearly and simply with as little crying as possible. We want you to verbally ask us for something clearly if want us to give you something. We want you to quit friggin' changing your mind every five minutes. We want you to be more accepting of people. We want you to be open to trying something new every now and then. We want you to desire high-end electronics as much (if not more) than we do.
My resume: Married at age 23 (2 children) Divorced at age 37 Re-married at age 42 (2 children) Current age 51 (still happily married) Obviously the secret is compromise. A man wants a woman who will let him think, act, react, and feel like a man and really appreciate it when he turns himself inside out to do any of those things like the woman she wants him to be on any particular occasion without demanding it. Of course the compromise runs both ways.
Loyalty- Won't even think about cheating. Flexibility- Is cool with doing things I like even if she doesn't. Doesn't get upset at little things. Honesty- Self explanatory. Now, what do women want? Isabel, what do you want that you aren't getting?
Play. Life without play is work. Your life partner should make life fun. I work so that I can play. I want a partner to play with, to do all kinds of voluntary things - everything, charitable or sensual - and make it all better because they are there.
