    I was originally going to post a thread about Scarlett johansson and Penelope's "romantic" scene with each other, in the upcoming film 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona'. Instead, with all the controversy surrounding the hangout, I opted for this topic... What are you giving up for lent?I am doing away with chocolate. Next to women, it's my only weakness. :)

    i'm not really much of a catholic anymore, but i'm gonna attempt to give up sweets (candies, etc.). i've failed twice so far.... i'm awesome.

    I gave up red meat (I love me some steak and cheeseburgers so this is more of a sacrifice than you would think) and candy.

    I am impressed with those that gave up soda. I thought about it... then realized I can't live without my diet coke. I would be sleeping through my workday.
