What are your 'guilty pleasure' CD's? The ones you put in your top drawer when you have company. And no 'mix' CD's! I'm at work, so here are some of mine from the work collection:

    -Vanessa Carlton, Be Not Nobody
-Edie Brickell, Shooting Rubber Bands at the Stars
-Edie Brickell, Ghost of a Dog
    -Metallica, And Justice For All...
    -Korn, 1st album
-Ozzy Osbourne, Diary of a Madman
    -Public Enemy, Nation of Millions...
    -NWA, Straight Outta Compton

Plenty more at home that I can't think of.

OK, bad choice of words...why would you hide a classic Metal CD like And Justice For All? Do you hang out with Baptist preachers?

I don't have very many CD's- and I'm not embarrassed by any of them. Hell, I don't have very many friends, either.

I'm not embarassed of anything I like, but I'll often hide my friend's cds when i go to their houses because they have awful taste and listen to the same 3 cd's over and over and over.

At one time in my life, I was like one of the biggest Celine Dion fans of all-time. I have seriously thought about giving her CDs away to anyone who would take them, but I abhor the poor resale value you get out of CDs, so I kept them. And I don't have like 1 or 2, I am talking about like 10 or so. :(

Others include the first 2 Dixie Chicks CDs, Dionne Warwick greatest hits (only got that because of 1 song), "Guilty" and "Emotion" by Barbra Streisand (got those because of songs written by Barry Gibb and Jim Steinman, respectively), and "Let Go" by Avril Lavigne (which is my all-time favorite pop CD).

Basicly anything that I listened to when I was a little kid. Most of the stuff I just listened to because my friends listened to them.

--The Presidents of the USA (Actually I still listen to them...)
    --Chris Cross (sp)
--MC Hammer (although most people think it's funny that I have it.)
--NIN (I could never get into them. The only songs that I liked were Hurt and Perfect Drug)
    --Soundtracks CD's
--Any CD that I stole from my friends/family

Hey... What's wrong with "NWA - Straight Outta Compton"?

    That's a bangin' CD!

I don't hide any of mine, even though I get a lot of flak for the following:

    Spice Girls
Mariah Carey (I've got every CD she's ever made)
    Wilson Phillips
    Vanilla Ice
    MC Hammer
    Hammer
    Shanice
    The Simpsons Sing the Blues
    Snow

Funny how most of these are from over a decade ago.

On the flip side, I laugh everytime I find a Ja Rule or $0.50 CD at someone else's house.

I don't hide any from my friends, but I'm sure my father would have a field day if he found my Paula Abdul stuff.

    Turn it up, brotha!!

    Yo! Hey what's happening dude?
I'm a guy with a rep for bein' rude.
    Terrorizin' people wherever I go,
It's not intentional, just keepin' the flow.
Fixin' test scores to get the best scores,
Droppin' banana peels all over the floor,
I'm the kid that made delinquency an art,
Last name, Simpson; first name, Bart.

I think my favorite is Mr. Burns's song, though...

    Look at all those idiots!
    Look at all those fools
    An office full of morons!
    A factory full of fools!
Is it any wonder that I'm singing, singing the blues?

Any CD that my wife has ever purchased. The list includes such classic performers as:

    Michael Bolton
    Richard Marx
    Joey Lawrence
    Kenny G
and a whole array of country music that I don't think even Nashville has heard of.

They're in my work collection. Kind of a conservative workplace.
