I'm sure this has been other years, but it's that day again, so... pick one thing (or more if you can't decide) that you're thankful for this year. I am thankful for my friends.
The league giving us 19 back to backs. Nothing like having to play gassed. Thank you Mr. Stern. Seriously, I'm thankful for friends, family, health, and all the food I'm gonna devour in a few hours.
Thankful I got a better job this year. Really thankful that I have a great family, although I think I take that for granted way too often.
Hey, my thanksgiving was over a month ago, but I'll play along... I'm thankful for my health, my wonderful girlfriend, my superior fantasy football and basketball teams, and finally getting the chance to see a live NBA game in December!
As I sit here on Thanksgiving Morning feeding my internet addiction, I reflect on the good things in my life. Thankful for my family. My family have invested in me and my ideas. I was shocked and surprised because . .well among my family I’m kind of a loner/black sheep. Not in negative way . . just . . .uhm .. different. Thankful for my immediate family. My Mom is the best. My sister is finally coming into her own. My Neice and Nephew are growing strong and well . . Jalen is Mr Perfect in my eye. He is energetic, smart and very well mannered. All one can hope for in a son. Thankful for my health. I know I need a Root canal but I have Dental insurance so I can do it. It ain’t the greatest but it will take off a big chunk of the price. I only recently got Insurance so I am greatly appreciative Thankful for my sh*tty Job. It pays the bills. It gives me some nice contact for future plans. I am thank for my mind being sound. I have a friend that IMO just is thinking straight. I will try to meet with him and his family today to help him. His mother asked that I talk to him. Me and another friend of his .. he has known her for nearly 20 yrs. . and known me near 15. He cut us and all his friend out. He is making bad decisions. . . I realize that I realize more than I thought. Clarity of thought is a precious gift never to be underestimated or unappreciated. I am thankful for my friends. You guys are the best. Mostly you act as a sounding board for a lot of my ideas. You reactions help me form a formidable argument and redefine my premises. I know what I am up against . If I had to choose ONE thing in my life right now that I'm thankful for, I'd have to say my girlfriend. I'm a different person with her in my life (for the better).
