I was just pondering what other people enjoy eating besides the traditional turkey. This year we went the way of the cow and are now having filet mignon. Goin to put some of this green peppercorn cream sauce on it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm man its good! We will also have garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a nice salad..... GOD I CANT WAIT MUCH LONGER!

    So, WHAT ARE YOU EATING?

Besides the traditional turkey and dressing:

My mom is Italian, and every year we gather to gether about a week before Thanksgiving and make a huge batch of homemade ravioli. Handmade dough, Italian sasauge and spinach, and homemade sauce all put together with an old fashioned ravioli maker. We make about 70-80 dozen, then freeze them. On Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, my mom cooks a huge pot of ravioli for dinner. NOTHING compares to this. Oh man, those are (and were) soooooo good.!
