What are TABC jurisdictions

I won't get into too much details since it's a long story and complicated, but let me ask hypothetically, if someone threatened to call TABC on my house, what jurisdiction does the TABC have on checking up on houses that have big parties that serve alcohol? Like, I'm sure they can't go and raid the house, but will they call the cops and have THEM check up? Like, I'm pretty confident that TABC only covers bars and retail establishments and not houses, but I'm just trying to be sure.

Not that we're doing anything illegally or anything...
