If I remember correctly, Kevin Costner became a Rockets fan when filming Tin Cup. I've seen him multiple times at Rockets games over the years.
Perhaps they were there to cheer for the other team. Perhaps they just wanted to see the Toyota center or Yao Ming. If I were in New York and the Yankees and Red Sox were playing, I'd probably go. That doesn't mean I am a fan of either team.
