I'm looking for something that'll satisfy all these late night cravings without being a full meal. String cheese has worked pretty well for me so far, but I'd like more options.

I like granola bars as well, fruits are always good even though they don't always feel filling.

    Whatever you like to eat.

List: carrots, corn chips with homemade dip, cheese, fruit, toast

Greek yogurt, glass of milk. But then again it's the middle of the night, and sometimes whataburger patty melt cravings can't be denied.

You could try making a smoothie with some whey, yogurt, etc.

Mix nuts like cashews, peanuts, almonds, etc., are good as well. Just don't buy the kind that are completely salted.

Perhaps this is what's bringing on the late night cravings for munchies.

As snack foods go, wasabi peas are pretty good for you.

Healthy might be tough, how about settling for not fattening? That might be more realistic. If so, try the Blue Bell fruit bars, I think they only have 60 calories and zero fat.

Triscuits are pretty good and healthy. Especially the low sodium kind.

Cottage Cheese, Nuts, Protein shake are the three things I tend to eat at night if I have a craving. I first drink a glass of water and see if I thirst is driving my hunger. I'll wait a while and if I'm still hungry I go for the alternative foods listed above.

Honestly, try not to for 5-6 hours before you go to bed.

If you have to, just avoid starch and sugar... and try to keep the calories low.

instead of coffee, hot lemonade with honey.

2 tsp of honey then add hot water and stir.
add a little bit of cold water.
    add lemon extract.
