I think that TMo signed a two year deal with the Rocks, so they can't just discard him. TMo is the future 3 for the Rocks, as long as they don't draft Woods. In which case, TMo will be traded if any takers can be found.

Terrance Morris is the future 3?

    "Oh help me Rhonda"

He's a backup 3, unless he shoots up over the summer.

    Future 3?

Wasn't that the same thing said for Langhi?

T-Mo will be lucky to be a backup SF for any team in the NBA after his contract is up next year.

Great move GM Francis, let's trade our #1 for this 2nd rounder who will be in the NBDL in a few years.

T-Mo from 4 years ago would absolutely whip the T-Mo of now.

I likr TMo. Not real good at anything, but decent at all. No holes. I don't see him hurting us. I don't see him as a star, or even a starter, but I do see him as an intrigal part of and 8-9 man rotation.

TMo is better than those overhyped role players from championship teams, like Shandon Anderson and Raja Bell (like having a role to cut to the basket because you can't do anything else, makes you worth $5.4m). So, as long as we never do that charade of promising him the starting role over Cuttino, I'm fine with having a Shandon who knows his role coming in off the bench.

Good quote, a reasonable expectation, and if correct, a solid asset for any team.

If you want to learn how to shoot bricks that bouce really high off the rim, then I would study Tmo's game.

He is a garbage time player for any other team in the league who only got a lot of PT because of injuries. I saw nothing in his game this year that got me excited.

    Tmo blows.

He has simply lost his confidence because of idiot so-called fans like you and if you haven't noticed he still rebounds like in college. You people have no patience and I bet that you will say that you hve tickets to Rox games and have never even been to one. Fans like you are why Rudy will lose his job. You suck.

What's with the Morris lovefest? I don't think he did anything to warrant as much time as he got this past year. I saw more from the few minutes Langhi got then what I saw from him. It's funny because the same guys that talk about Langhi being sorry, call Morris our 3 of the future. I hope he can improve to how he used to play and at least be a solid guy off the bench, but so far I didn't see much.

I went to 15 games last year and watched about 65 on tv. When I saw Langhi, he literally bumped into his teammates, and was poor on defensife rotations. To me that means that he does not study, and he is not paying attention. Not everytime, but he passed up open shots, while at other times held the ball too long.

Tmo on the other hand was usually in the right place, and taking the correct shot. True he didn't make the shots, but as a team player he was in the game. His defense is solid, not great but solid. He gets back on fast breaks, which I consider a sign of good anticipation. I like the way he defends the paint. I think he is a decent shot blocker off the ball.

I know he had four years in college, but he is still a rookie. Well, was a rookie. He only got the time because of injuries, but I think he aquitted himself pretty well for being thrown in.

No, I would not give him a Cato or Taylor contract, but I certainly think he bears watching. Good teams go eight or nine deep. I see TMO in that light. Perhaps an Edward Najara or what Chuckie Brown gave us.

For a minute there I thought you said T Mo was the future 3 for the Rocks. I love T MO, I'm a Terp alum ...but if he is our future at the 3, then we are in deep Sh*t

OK, so now Francis is to blame for our draft decisions, also. Yeah, I'm sure Francis stormed into Rudy's office and forced him to draft Terrence Morris, just because he played at Maryland

Heck, let's blame Steve for the lousy nachos at Compaq, while we're at it...

At the very least you could say that TMO is a 6'9" athletic SF who can rebound and play solid D. What's wrong with that? Yes he needs to work on his shot, yes he needs to work on his passing, yes he needs to work on his handels, and yes his footwork could use some improvement, but he's a rookie and there are supposed to be a lot of things to improve upon. He plays hard and has all the intangibles to be a solid player in this league. Give him another year. I bet he improves by leaps and bounds next year.

Our future at the 3? I'm not so sure. A solid role player on the Rox? I think he will be. (The guy blocks shots for christ sake).

TMo had a solid rookie year. He showed his versatility and athletisim. He was in the top 20 of rookies in rebound, blocks, assists. If his FG% doesn't improve to 42-44% next year we should not offer him a roster spot.

Folks just so you know and in the interest of fairness, please not that Tmo's shooting percentage, while it needs to improve, is better than that of EG. In fact EG is the worst shooter on the team. So get off DL's and Tmo's back, please. They all have work to do this summer. :p
