Rockets dominated for 1 quarter so whoever possibly bet against LA for the 1st quarter spread got paid.

'um, we're doing pretty good for not having shane
we're still better than the spurs
    nobody big is majorly injured
we started worse last year and still got a 22 win streak
we are almost done with the hardest road trip of the year

    i could go on.

Aaron Brooks and Landry both played very well.

    We got to see Dorsey.

    ...That's about it.

aaron brooks is a BEAST. this is not a fluke guys. this dude is for real. you can see the lakers put more attention to him in the 2nd half and he still did his thing.

it's time for him to get more minutes and be more of an impact player for us. he's the only guy who can consistently do what he does.

    1. This game might be a wake-up call.
    2. Brooks might be playing more than Rafer, now.
    3. Shane Battier, the glue of our defense, will be coming back soon.
    4. It's not like McGrady/Yao can play any worse.
