Ron Ron should win it this week. He was aggressive and focused the whol eweek, even on a sprained ankle. He pulled down 11, 13, 9, and 6 rebounds. And in the last 3 games he got 3, 6, 5 assists. He hit an important basket vs Orlando after limping throughout the whole 4th quarter. He kept his head strong and got to the basket much more than before. Remember that poster dunk he had against the Wizards? He also played good defense, averaging 1.5 steals in that 4 game span.

Sure, Yao was great this week, but he only played 3 of the games. Ron was great throughout all 4 games, even on a sprained ankle. He played great defense, was aggressive, and passed the ball well.

Yao because he played solid on all 3 games and look what happened when he was out for Mavs. If it wasn't for that 1-day injury, we would have beaten the Mavs.

Yao. Plugged along against the Wizards and got the ball rolling as well as finished the game against the Magic...

I went for Ron Ron cuz he was warrior this week. He played extremly hard and improve his shooting selection as the week progressed. His defense was great as usual. BTW I cant wait to see him and Battier both on floor together.

    Carl Landry....................................

+28 in the Wizard game... he was the one who kept the Rockets close. He played big in the Magic game too... got 2 fouls on Howard, 4/6 11 points, and 2 block shots.

Landry. I don't think the Rockets win in Washington without him and he had some amazing finishes in Orlando.

I'm suprised Ron hasn't gotten many votes. He's been doing everything and last couple of games he has double-doubles with around 10 or more rebounds!

Yao clearly, the game he didnt play in Dallas, you could tell how much he impacts the game. No doubt that Yao is the player of the week. T-mac probably runner up although you gotta give Artest credit for playing with a sprained ankle its not nearly as easy as it seems.

Pretty much my exact thoughts. I voted for Ron but Yao and Alston (yes, Alston) were also deserving.
