Hoping to get some leads or recommendations on companies who can design a webpage for my wife's business. Her team is small (3 people) and her budget is type. Does anyone know of anyone who can design a nice site, at a fair price for a small, start up business???

Well yeah! They do awesome work, but I dont think she can afford that type of high quality web design. Looking for something basic, clean looking, but that catches the eye. BTW guys. Be listening to 610am over the next few months. She is looking into advertising her services there.

Thanks for the pimpin', Max. If your wife wants to keep things fairly inexpensive (anything under $2k would probably qualify in the web design business), her best bet would be an individual. It is often the case that guys like ricerocket can do a nice looking site for less money than a company that needs to take on bigger projects. One company I would recommend, though I don't know their pricing, is http://www.webxtra.com/ . The two women that own that company are really nice (Houston Heights residents ) and do good quality work on a smaller scale. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to give you some recommendations or ideas on what to pay or not to pay whether you were going to use us or not. Drop me an email if you like.
codell, if you just want a HTML site, it won't be too hard to do it by yourself, I have dozens of html templates which are the layouts that have been already coded, you just have to add content to it. E-mail me if you want them: ke_zhu@earthlink.net
