I want a good one. What should I be looking for? Is 30 framrate/sec good? Any help would be appreciated.
The bottleneck will always be the network connection and the compression software which posts the data to the internet. The quality of the actual camera matters not so much unless you have special applications like low light, or you have so much bandwidth you don't know what to do with it. My suggestion is don't go crazy on the camera. It used to be true that you would do much better with the processing if you got a camera that went through a PCI card rather than USB. To be honest, I haven't checked this in quite a while, so with more modern computers it may not matter as much.
