I just heard an interview on the Tony Kornheiser show and he was talking to a reporter from Chicago.
I have never thought of it but it may make sense for a sign and trade between Orlando and Sacramento for Grant Hill & C-Webb.
Orlando has 3 good players who play the 2-3 (McGrady, Hill, & Miller) which makes either Hill or Miller expendable.
Sacramento if they do a S&T would love to get another star in return. Granted they already have Stoyo at the 3 and Christie at the 2, but Chrisitie is not nearly the player as Hill. Another possibility is Hill can run the offense so he may even shift full-time to the point.
Only bad thing is Orlando may look bad in trading Hill who was so anxious to sign there last year.
He also mentioned that he thinks C-Webb will head east just so he doesn't have to go thru Shaq-Kobe and Duncan-David to get to the finals.
Of course he is only guessing just like the rest of us. But it does make sense for both teams.

This was from the crap that Sam Smith wrote in the Tribune. I wish these sportswriters would stop and think for ten seconds. Grant Hill will not be traded. It would be a major betrayal on Orlando's part. Now Mike Miller I can see leaving, but Hill, no.

In USA Today, the writer automatically assumed Webber will be signed and traded to New York for Camby and Houston. Another well-thought-out article.

Well, IF Hill was agreeable to going to Sacramento (doubtful) and IF he was healthy (he's not) and IF Sacramento didn't already have a pretty good SF (and Peja is) ... that would be a great deal.

I get the feeling that no one, not even C-Webb is sure where he's going, and these reporters just take out a dart and throw it up against a wall and whichever team logo it hits, thats the "scoop" they report on the Webber saga. I think I've heard reports of C-Webb going to every team in the league.

    Except Sacramento.
