If it did happen we should already crown the Lakers 4-Time Champions

If Webber does go to jail, can the Kings apply for some kind of 'Injury Exception', expect not for injuries, of course?

If you were Phil Jackson, and you knew about a technicality regarding
Webber's testimony on the stand. Would you leak it to the press?
Doing this would possibility cause Webber to be distracted by legal
problems which could make him miss this coming year?

Remember, it's Webber's Kings that have the best change of knocking
    Phil off his high-and-mighty perch.

Would you step on someone in order to further your career?

Once Phil Jackson doesn't make it to the Finals (with his current team)
he'll probably leave the Lakers looking for the next great player.
That's just the kinda person he is. He will never take the role of
the "under dog." He only takes the role of "having the best player
    in the league."

    The "sure thing" team.
