My wife's property management/real estate company is looking at changing web designers. They are very happy with how their website looks and functions, but one thing that they are lacking but wish to have is a link to a specific listing service. They also want to add another section to their website for Home Owner Associations. In this part of the site, they would like a login screen for homeowners to get into this section, a calendar of events, a section that shows scheduled repairs/management and a form to request maintenance, a place where users can download a variety of forms that they might need, a list of board members, the property manager’s contact information, and a link to our sales department. They would like all of this to be user-friendly enough so that anyone could make any necessary updates when new information comes in – this latter part applies to the entire website. Is there anyone who might be interested in this, and could take care of all of these requests? And if so, do you have any idea what the cost could end up being? P.S....this is in the Seattle area--I don't know if that makes a difference because I use the Internet for email, Clutchfans, and fantasy football, and that's about it, so this is all new to me.
