If you're reading this, you should get outside and enjoy the most perfect weather of this short year.

Just like Southern California out there...I went out to lunch and seriously debated whether or not to return to the office.

**** this bull****. it's like we just decided to skip winter this year. i mean we never have crazy winters, but they're usually just the way i like it. consistent highs in the 50's, occasional dips into the 40's, and then maybe a freeze or two with a tiny chance of some snow. that's the Texas winter i've grown to love. no blizzards and crap like up north, but still cold enough to give me my fix for the year. this year it's just been a long string of upper 60s and upper 70's. now if this were april or september, i'd love this type of weather, but i want my cold dammit. i wanna actually pull some long sleeve shirts out of the closet during the day time. i wanna feel that chilled air hitting my face. at least for a while. this sucks.

Just spend one day up north this time of year (even a place like St. Louis, where you won't have many blizzards), and you'll get your fix for the next 10 years.

    This weather is perfect.

    :D

Last March, I visited my sister's family in Northern New Jersey, and almost broke my ankle slipping on an icepatch.

There was 6 inches of snow on the ground....we're talking mid-March

Anyone who isn't enjoying today's beautiful weather in Houston needs to move the foooook out of town!!

I know what you mean. I like to experience 4 distinct seasons. When I lived in Houston I looked forward to the winter. When I lived in Hawaii, there was basically the rainy season and the non-rainy season and it got boring.
I find the weather around Baltimore just about ideal. There is a real Summer, Winter, Spring, and Fall and the winter is not too severe, but there is always some snow. This winter has been extremely mild though. Last weekend I was playing Ultimate Frisbee in shorts and a sleeveless T. Crazy for January.

Seasonal allergies are horrible today in Austin with all the wind. I might even have to cancel my golf game tomorrow as I'm having trouble breathing at my desk right now.

Anyways, with temps in the 70's all month long, it looks like there won't be a winter this year. That means there will be a mosquito infestation this summer.
