In the real world, the Packer game will be a tough one. Texan's will have to play their best game of the season so far. If we go in to Lambo and bumble like we did early, it will be lights out. Keep penalties to a minimum, play aggressive defense, amp up the passing game, then hit them with a smash mouth running game to finish.

Good post. I agree on most counts. Both teams have to bring their A game to win.

Do I believe the Texans have to beat themselves to lose as you imply? Obviously that is false. I wouldn't say the Packers have to beat themselves to lose. Whoever wins is the better team overall. Let's do this and the better team at this time will win.

I am not guaranteeing a win, never do, but I like the Pack's chances.

Wish the Texans well and hope for injury free game for both sides.

I really didn't mean to say that the Texans have to beat themselves to lose or that the Packers have to beat themselves to lose. They are two very good evenly matched teams. The one that plays the best will win.

Don't see us winning this one. Still sticking with my original pre season record of 11-6.

Nice. The most clear minded and stable "fan" I have seen here. Yes, two evenly matched teams and I believe two of the best coached teams in the NFL as well. This will be a fun watch no matter what team wins.

If anyone had taken the time to get to know what I am about, they would have learned the Texans are my fav AFC team. Lifelong Packers fan and have bled Green and Gold since birth. But I liked the Oilers as well as a child. Titans, no. If you look at my first few posts, I respected where I was, and only when I was disrespected did I fire back. You have to earn respect to get it. And most here seem to have not learned that yet.

Thanks for the level minded approach, and looking forward to more quality discourse.

The reason I wrote that about "dude" is the fact that he isn't an actual Packers fan. He goes on all 32 fan forums and kisses a$$ to every team and basically implies the Packers suck. Not going to in detail about what I know about his issues, he will not come on here if sees me here. Cuz I will expose more things about that clown.

May think it's not a big deal, but some clown posing as Packers fan and crapping on the Packers to try and make you like him is unacceptable. I figured you would as one that would like some fool coming here and kissing a$$ about the Texans and not even a real Packers fan. The end.

He has never once said anything bad about the Packers. Always civil.
    You on the other hand….

Ok, I didn't say it before because I don't crap on someone normally for mental illness. Him being lonely and going on all 32 teams fan forums and feeding his need to try and bond with those here would be fine if he didn't pose as a Packers fan. Now the end.

You don’t get to dictate what others say. He’s been far more of a proper fan than you so far.
    The end

He has never demonstrated a single ounce of mental illness or fraudulent behavior in all the time he's been here. In fact, he intelligently speaks about real talking points regarding the Packers, and he almost always brings it back to the Texans or the NFL as a whole every time he does. He's never hid his fandom or the fact that he's a diehard Packers fan ever, and he'll actively root for the Packers every week. But, more importantly, he's been really pleasant, and I would say a very welcome addition to our board.

Now you, on the other hand, are either trolling for no reason, or you're projecting all your insecurities onto the only other out-and-out Packers fan on our board. Your assertion that most pundits have Love and Stroud on the same level is a flat out lie that can be fact checked by a simple Google search, as well as practically every shred of analytical data available. Also, you claim we're all being hostile towards you when again, all it takes is to go back a few pages to see where the true hostility began. If you're trying to make this a fight between who we love more, the answer is and always will be @GBpack23.

And you know what else, even if what you said about him is actually true, and he's just a guy that likes to have conversations online with other fans.....guess what?? None of us give a ****, and we will still like the dude. None of this means anything to most of us, and we just come on here to talk ball. And speaking of talking ball, I hope the Texans curbstomp the ever living **** out of your squad.

I won't dignify the rest of your post, but I did take note you said the Texans will "curb stomp" the Packers Sunday. Or you "hope." Hopes and dreams won't help you personally Sunday. Good luck with that though.

The game is played on the grass and in the elements like real football should be played. We shall see what team comes out on top. I do know your "hopes" will play no part.

Again, I am looking forward to it. No matter what team comes out on top, it will be a great watch.

The weather looking like 67 and sunny at kickoff. That could change by Sunday, who knows.

Not sure about "curb stomp." Quite odd to say about a football game.

Steamrolling your Texans would be more appropriate for the vernacular when referencing a football game.
