We seriously need to sign Lance Stephenson!!!!!!!

lance for 9m is biggest steel this summer,so morey signed ariza for 32m/4years,he can signed for almost same money lance or deng who are twice as goog as ariza

Lance is a headcase and Deng went for $10M/yr and was worse than Ariza last season

 

Rockets want three point shooting and defense next to Harden. Ariza may not be as good defensively, but he is a better 3 point shooter than these two.

 

Also, Ariza dribbles basketballs, not his girlfriend's head.

 

Ariza is a better defend than Lance, but not Deng (but thats me considering the pre turning to dust Deng)

 

Ariza is solid, and lance probably wanted to start, which he couldn't do because Harden

Well, Morey sure doesn't seems to be a big Lance fan.

After Bosh decided on going back to MIA, Houston could have:

1) kept Parsons, and squeezed both Ariza and Lance into their cap space;
2) kept Parsons, signed Lance but not Ariza;
3) let Parsons go, signed Lance and Ariza
4) let Parsons go, signed Lance but not Ariza.

Maybe Lance just prefers the role he'd have in Charlotte or likes Michael Jordan more than he does Les Alexander or whatever, but there was never any report of the Rockets even glancing at Lance while the team's interest in other significant FAs (Melo, Bosh, Deng, Ariza) was all over the news.

Stephenson like World Peace can play the ball. They are abnormal sometimes, but at this price, he is one this team really need.
