I don't see us losing more than 5 games the rest of the way. They'll lose more than 5 of those games. If they don't, start polishing the Coach of the Year trophy for Jeff Van Gundy.
Easy before 20th Mar. So Yao should return Mid Mar to prepare for tough games after 20th, we need 3rd seed to go further in playoff.

This season, it seems the Rockets have finally figured out how to demolish crappy teams, the way elite teams are always capable of. We are certain to lose some of these games, but we should be around .500 against our major competitors in the west. Letting them cancel each other out, and 22-25 wins is certainly not out of the question. Man, the Rockets play a lot of Eastern conference teams to close out the season. That's just made for long streaks.
Yeah, me too, but the tone is set ~5 minutes into the game. If the team comes out and plays hard I don't care if we're playing San Antonio or Dallas, but if the team comes out with no energy, hustle, or intensity, I get worried even when we play the scrub teams. Good thing we have McGrady to pull us out of situations like that, though. I say 22 wins.
Sat 03 vs San Antonio Sun 01 vs Utah Wed 18 @ Utah The above 3 wins will give us homecourt or maybe the 3rd seed. Total 56 - 26
Wow, I had no idea the Rocks had it so good! Not that many hard teams- 2 vs Suns 2 vs Spurs 2 vs Utah 2 vs Lakers 1 vs Cleveland 1 vs Detroit I envision the Rocks winning half of those ten games, at least. Man, I wish we could play Dallas again while fully healthy. A nice healthy helping of eastern conference teams. Brace yourself for some losses in March as the team renews it's identity with Yao, and Yao gets his strength back.
I think they SHOULD go 25-4, but that assumes that TMac holds up, and Yao coming back does not disrupt the team's momentum. So, I would realistically say...21-8.....which is still danged GOOD ! And Nolen, I believe they only play the Lakers once more...... DD
There's no crappy team in the NBA. Remember, we struggled bigtime against he Memphis G last time we played them and they're in ranked last?
This year i expect crappy teams relentlessly tanking for the lottery. No crappy teams have the audacity to play some playoff spoilers this season and risk a few balls in the lottery
