ever notice when its our ball, he'll say "whos ball?" and hardly anyone joins in? i like the old guy better. what do you guys think?
I thought I heard the guy we used to have at the Grizzlies game this year...but it cold have been another broadcast or something...I definitely heard him though.
the best part is his intro, "are you innnnnnnn??" and the fans just sit there in silence not knowing what to say... I think in order for this to work, the fans must be educated/trained what to say.....
when i went the home opener it was a new thing, so i figured the fans would get used to it....went to a game the next week...nothing changed...even hearing it over the TV when i am watching the games makes me cringe now....it just sucks and makes us look worse cause our fans dont' get into it. This kind of hyping up will work only in playoff times or in intense situations like it was at the end of the Home Opener where everyone is in it.
