This came up in another thread. Yao's spin move (you know the one) is a thing of beauty and I think it deserves a name. All the great moves have a name. I'll post a few to get it started, courtesy of m_cable: HIJACK! The Shanghai Spin. Now Yao see him, now Yao don't. Foolmaker. The Tornado.
ima_drummer, I wasn't actually suggesting Hijack as a nickname. I was trying to hijack and derail the thread to be about suggesting a nickname for Yao's move. The Shanghai Spin will probably be the best name. It's catchy and easily identifiable. Oh and GRENDAL, the Shanghai Shake isn't Worrell's name for Yao's spin move. It's his name of Yao's shoulder fake, which he doesn't even use that much.
Oh, well, I thought Hijack was actually a pretty good name. So far, I like The Yo-Yao. Kind of sounds like a spinning yo-yo, which is what he does if the defender cuts off the baseline.
