Players like Moochie, Padgett, Bowen in your rotation in the playoffs get exposed because they are limited players. We need players more like Mike James who are consistently ok and some game play out of their mind.
Antoine Walker I think can be an excellent 3rd option, something we lacked after Howard got injured.
I LOve Stromile, and Bobby but their price tag is going to be very high.
I would've drafed Salim Stodumire over Luther Head because I amd Arizona fan and Salim is one heck of a player. The guy has no fear. He will atleast be good as Damon Stodumire.

To quote ESPN... He may be the best shooter in the draft, but where does he fit? He's an undersized two guard who duplicates what Tony Delk does.

He was picked in the second round as well.

Would you have drafted Miles Simon as well because you are an Arizona fan?

And you needed a new thread to express your feelings that have been typed by about 20 others, why?

the main point of the thread is correct.

we need role players that can do more than just one thing well. also, walker would be a nice 3rd option.

Yes to Walker for MLE unless we can get Swift. I like Walker as a 3rd option.

    Head/James, Wesley/Barry, Tmac/Walker/Bowen, Walker/Howard, Yao/Dikembe

I wish we could get Finley or Bobby Simmons somehow as well as Walker.
But is it possible? We only have MLE...but get a guy like RObert Horry or Brent Barry or Antonio McDyess off the bench would be great. We already have 4 great bench guys..Mike James, Jon Barry, Ryan Bowen, and Dikembe Mutombo. :)

I am an Arizona fan I am on record Stoudamire is one of the most underrated prospects this year, and Frye is one of the most overrated (Diago is much better). Count Nate Robinson as another overrated prospect.

Yes I'd taken Stoudamire before Head, or for sure Robinson. But we will see. Make your own picks in the Dawson/GM thread we will check in a couple of years.

I thought it was Mooch's inspired play that kept it from being a 50 point loss. LOL :D

How about Dennis Rodman? He was a two-way player -- off the court, at least.
