Yeah Maybe. I certainly thought that last year when we stole Scola. On the other side it was the worst kept secret of the draft. Everyone knew Batum was being influenced by fellow Frenchman TP to try and manipulate his position. Morey so right thru their charade and stole a lottery pick. This kid will be contribute next year. He has a good attitude and is one of the most athletic players in the draft. His shot needs work but it is not bad.

I could care less about the Spurs plans. I was drooling to have out pick between Douglas-Roberts, Chalmers, or Arthur. I would have be thrilled with any one of those players. Instead Mr. Morey decides to get creative. Why?
