Wow. One woman was there when he dragged her friend up, then she got choked and tied up but managed to escape while he 'filled the bathtub'.... ....and they still weren't able to give him a good, secure sentence? What the hell.....
I wonder how things would be diferent mar1juana was legalized. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I remember reading somewere that at any one time there are like 60,000 people in jail for violating mar1juana laws. You take those people out of there and you got plenty of room for rapists and murderers. But that is a discussion for another thread.
