Also, Smallville will be moving to Wednesdays at 8/7 as Angel's new lead in with Dawson's Creek ending.

Excellent news. Spike has always been one of my favorite characters in the Buffyverse. His onion blossom conversation with Andrew was classic. One of my favorite all time scenes on Angel was when Spike was sitting on the roof and imitating Angel as he watched him save a young girl. Cordelia was better on Buffy anyway, no big loss.
