I haven't seen this posted on here and I got this from another forum. If it's been posted, I apologize:

Man develops and patents technology that allows normal water combined with electricty to replace fuel. 100 Miles on 4 oz of water. New electrolysis process of converting H2O to HHO so that hydrogen is efficiently extracted from water and uses as a source to burn in welding and combustion engines!

The clip is from Houston's own Fox 26 News:

The key is to make sure you publicly get it out that this exists and then don't sell it to Exxon for a billion. If this works and the government promotes it to get us off oil, pulls out troops out of the Middle East and tells OPEC to stick it. Then I take back everything bad I have ever said about the government. Until then, my new Jeep that runs on water.

I'm guessing the gasoline is used to fuel the electrolysis, and who knows how much is gas is saved compare to a normal engine.

Bush's hydrogren/gasoline vehicle plan might be the same in principle, but maybe this is more efficient since it seems to burn the oxygen too.

The details are bit too sketchy.

I'm very skeptical. The question is has he figured out a way to turn water into hydrogen and oxygen that uses less energy than H2 and O2 produce when they burn. Probably not.

There may be some value in what he's doing but it may not be the radical breakthrough we all want. I've never wanted to be more wrong.

Yeah, it all depends on how much energy he needs to seperate the elements in H20
