There's a bar in NYC that's owned by some Houston guys. I remember I was there during the Patriots-Texans game and it was crowded with Texans fans. Of course, Schaub was Schaub and got demolished in primetime.
This looks like a possibility, though the bar they used last season may be closed http://www.meetup.com/NYC-Texans/members/
Do you remember which one? That's interesting. Never seen it before! Weird that they don't get a better ratio of number of members vs. number that come out.
Used to have to spend a bunch of time in NYC the guys who put together the group did a great job but the bar was kind of a hole in the wall. Idle Hands in alphabet city was the place and there was a joint across the street that had a better tv situation
