Greetings loyal minions, I bring you PRESSING NEWS this week: the dull-witted overlords at FOX have given their notice that they will be carefully scrutinizing "Family Guy"'s ratings the next few weeks (especially now that "Survivor" has concluded). It appears they will be heavily weighing this data in making their FINAL DETERMINATION ABOUT WHETHER TO RENEW THE SHOW OR CANCEL IT. SO... be sure to tune into the next several weeks of ALL-NEW "FAMILY GUY" EPISODES (starting THURSDAY, JANUARY 17th at 8PM PT/ET ON FOX!). BUT, I implore you to also share your thoughts about "Family Guy" with others and recruit them to watch as well! It is CRUCIAL that these next few shows attract a sizeable audience. In this week's episode, you'll see that snooty mongrel of a dog get hauled in on a DUI, while my oaf of a father decides to disgust us all with his facial hair. It's an episode that you truly won't want to miss! As always, you have my thanks for your support and now you may... burn in hell, Stewie Griffin http://www.damnyouall.net
they already cancelled The Tick. FOX sucks. I've already given up on X-Files so the only thing I watch on there is The Simpsons, Futurama and Malcolm.
The Tick was great! I think it'll be back though . . . Bernie Mac is pretty funny, and Titus is great, but how can they justify cutting The Tick or Family Guy when they put crap like "The Chamber" on? Is there a worse TV show on?
Dang fox. I wish they would move the X-Files to some other night and move the Family Guy and Titus or That 70's show to Sunday night. Then I would not turn the channel from 6-9 on Sunday nights. Family Guy Rules! Favorite episode is the Y2K one. That show is so funny, you have to record it and watch it 3-4 times to get all the jokes (like the Simpsons). They are just a little more vulgar
outlaw, why have you given up on X-Files? It took me awhile to get over Mulder leaving, but the writing has been better than I expected. I still wish Mulder would come back
ACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Variety reports demise of 'X-Files' Reuters News Service LOS ANGELES - The truth will soon no longer be out there. The X-Files, the Emmy-winning sci-fi drama that thrust two federal agents into spooky paranormal situations, will end its nine-season run on the Fox television network in May, Daily Variety reported today. Series creator Chris Carter decided to pull the plug on the show, whose ratings have been hurt this season by the departure of star David Duchovny and by tougher competition. "It's the ninth inning. We want to go out on top," the trade paper quoted Carter as saying. "We wanted to go out as a strong show."
the mythology is just too hard to follow now. the whole headless alien attacking Xena thing was pretty much it for me.
