Woo Hoo!! Thanks for the info.

(I had nothing to add, but thought this was a pretty interesting thread that should probably survive at least another day.)

The Rio Grande Valley Vipers were on my plane from Houston to Salt Lake City this morning. I sat next to Craig Winder who went to UT. Saw Chris Taft, the guy who was a force at Pittsburg but has been hurt. He had to move up to an exit row cause we were in a dinky express jet.

I asked Craig about Aaron Brooks and he said that yeah he's real fast and his shot doesn't look so good when he shoots it but goes in. Also said Novak's shot was real pure. I asked about Gabe Muoneke and he told me he had gone to Europe. He told me he played with Kevin Durant and I asked if he also played with DJ Augustine. We agreed that Damion James is also good. I wished him good luck to get to the league or get a better contract internationally. Anyway, pretty cool experience.

cool story... Gabe still does his blog over at truehoop.

He just posted an update. He's playing for Tau whatever that Scola used to play for. Apparently he's not getting a lot of minutes, but they are winning games. Making about 1 mil US from what I understand in his post.

Somewhere in one of these threads there is a link to his blog, I just can't find it at the moment. It's really good, well worth the time to read it.
