Curry's thumb is injured? I listen only to our radio guys. Honestly first time I'm hearing this. If it's his right hand it's only natural a defender might hit his hand going for the ball. Sounds ridiculous to me.

To a brainless Dubs bandwagoner, attempting to block a shot is "going for the thumb"

One instance plus maybe happening another time in the other game is not evidence of this being deliberate.

I think the reason they think that way is because it is DEFINITELY something their players would do and have done before. Like when Draymond intentionally punched Harden in his injured wrist, something he admitted to doing intentionally.

Trash ass city. They really are the worst commentary duo in the league.

they’ve been insinuating this since game 3

I see what Warriors fans are saying…they truly believe we are the dirtiest team in the NBA and they’re not dirty at all

these are real comments from game 3 when they were accusing Brooks of this

Crazy to see people on the Rockets sub unironically saying that their team is just 'matching our physicality' and that they don't have anyone as dirty as Dray when Brooks is just doing this **** on the regular. Really pathetic play from these losers honestly.

and one of the replies was

That's just insane. Sorry, I've been a die-hard warrior fan for 10 plus years, the warriors do not ever play dirty.

Draymond can be a loud mouth and yeah he can occasionally do something when he gets too hot-headed but playing dirty is not what he does. No one on the warriors plays dirty.

So what. We probably are. Draymond does that crap.

Dillon is 100% doing this on purpose. And I 100% do not care. If someone cares to look it up they can, but Draymond literally admitted to doing this to Harden a few years back. I hope we injure Curry and Draymond and Butler. And Steve Kerr while we're at it.

Yep, they are projecting onto the Rockets. That's 100% the kind of garbage a Warrior player would do.

Yup, i'd rather see them all tear their achillies then see us win the series.

    Good.

I hope they keep targeting that thumb.

Sadly I'm of the same train of thought. While it would be great to win the series, me being the ******* that I am, I'd probably pop a bottle of Dom Perignon if Steph tears his achilles.

Yeah, I am pretty sure he is on a few clips I saw but w/e, I think it's funny the Warriors fans whining about it, like their team is all sweet/nice. I remember when they were getting away with being under Hardens landing zone during his 3s, and Harden's eye getting hit more than a few times by Draymond. Plus many more things, haha

That’s Bob Fitzgerald. He’s a horrible homer and thinks Steve Kerr is Moses and Steph is Jesus. His co-commentator is Kelenna Azubuike who is actually pretty good and fair but Fitz is so biased that it forces Kelenna to feed off his negativity sometimes. The previous guy Jim Barnett was the most fair and honest guy there was. He made the Warriors one of the best road listens in the league but he retired around Covid I believe.

I doubt it, but if they are I have no problem with it. Exploit your opponents weakness. If it's too bad he shouldn't be out there.

And, oh yeah, they ****ing headbutted Sengun! So....

We really could have used an enforcer on those Harden teams. Would have been nice to have Dillon and Steven Adams back then...

I’m pretty sure defenders try to hit the approximate area where a shooter’s hand touches the ball (which includes the thumb) on every contested jump shot. That’s called trying to block the shot.
