Ah, giddyup again proving that many people don't understand what innocent until proven guilty is.

I'm sure you'd be OK with the cops giving a few shots of their own to A.I. while he's handcuffed.

We all know AI is gonna get off with a couple months of probation and a few community service hours.

RM95: You're just too funny... this is getting old. My comments were part of a discussion; you are just being pointlesslly argumentative.

How about we meet on Main Street at high noon? :D

The news story said he had a disagreement with his wife (one of many-- disagreements ot wives) and he threw her out of the house naked. Her cousin came to her rescue and AI went looking for them with a gun. Just be glad he's not a great shooter...

    Sorry about the comment giddyup...

I'll still withhold judgment. Now if we had a videotape of A.I. brandishing the weapon, then maybe not. :)

Sexual orientation and millionaire status aside, would you want to marry a thug?

Good point. I guess all the money isn't worth getting thrown out of your house naked in the middle of the night and having your life threatend on a regular basis.

There are some reports that the Philadelphia police department has never liked A.I. (maybe he earned it, maybe because of the hangers-on he keeps around, I don't know). So of course the cops there would be real happy to get their hands on him.

Or is this lawyer spin thrown out there for public consumption?

In any case, if he threatened people with a gun, then he's an idiot. If he didn't, then may he be exonerated.

    But something happened.

He's got some problems because there is more than one witness. The question is how reliable they will be. Even with no gun it's gonna be tough for him to beat some of these charges. There are so many charges the jury might negotiate them to some middle ground. So that might work in his favor.

Why would the Philly police department not like the guy right out of the blue.... unless he was just a huge pain in the ass and a regular source of irritation and trouble.

Arent' those guys REAL basketball fans? :D
