Does anyone have any extra United Global Premier Upgrade (GPU) certificates?

These are the certificates that are given for free to United 1K customers and are used for upgrades to business class on international flights when you purchase an economy ticket in a W fare class or higher (so it doesn't work when you buy deep discount economy tickets, or if you fly on partner airlines).

If anyone has 2 to spare, I'll gladly purchase them from you. Thanks!
