"As for making room for Mourning, the Heat -- already at the league limit of 15 players -- is most likely to waive center Wang Zhi-Zhi, unless it can move a player in a trade, such as forward Wesley Person, who has expressed dissatisfaction with his role."

Since we traded away all of Yao's friends, including Boki, what would be the harm in waiving Strickland and signing Wang? It would be a rather painless gesture to help convince Yao to sign the extension.

I don't think they are friends. I think bateer is more of a friend.

I'm not saying we would ever play him. It would just be someone to carry Yao's bags and play video games with him on team flights.

If the Wang lands in Houston, Rockets will not be broadcasted in China anymore.

Thankfully, unlike some players who have been here in the past, Yao doesn't need a posse.

So they have not broadcasted any of Shaq's games this season? Are you sure about it?

Ya, Yao said in his bio, that he and Wang has two completely different personalities, they don't talk much when both were playing in China, even less after they came to NBA.

Let's sign Jack Haley to keep Yao company.

    no WZZ please,
I don't think he would bring good chemistry to Rox.
he and Yao can never be friends.

You are joking right? Are you serious about this? He'll make new friends in case you are really concerned about this. They also have phones, email, and other means to communicate.

 euh...except the one when rockets played against the heat...but I'm not sure about that:p

anyway, wang is soft even worse than MoTay, and he shoots the ball like he is an all-star. We don't need him. We need Stromile Swift!:D

Don't even mention Wang Zhi Zhi and Yao in the same sentence.

Did I just do so? :)

I guess the Ron Jeremy clone coaching the Heat just got tired of being around Wang everyday.

I would rather have Wesley Person.

Wang ZhiZhi may be tall and a great shooter, but horrendous on defense and even worse as a rebounder.
