    Translators wanted:

    Chinese-language Wang article

What's the latest on Wang? Is he back in the fold? Wang can pass and Yao will love seeing him back on the court.

There's no definate words of Wang's return there. It says its still positive though. Chinese NT coach reserved a plan in case Wang returns.

PS: My German source says Germany believes Wang has got the word of his return. In any case, this should be resolved in a day or two.

Sina.com's 8/26 take on Wang's World Championship status.

Anybody care to translate this new article?

    Is Wang in? Or out?

    Thanks for any help!!

Wang zhizhi is out as far as the worlds is concerned.

The scoup shows the cba wants wang to also commit to the upcoming asian championship after the worlds. Wang wanted to stay in US to prepare for the regular season and declined the deal.

    damn those cba idiots.

Wang Zhizhi: Road to Perdiction. The guy's plain stupid. He's not good enough for the teams to risk relationship with China for him.

Well, I'm still hoping for the best.

I dont think committing to playing in the Aisan game is the deal breaker here. According to my understanding, their difference is on that 50% cut the CBA is supposed to take. Screw CBA.

Where's your info come from? Care to provide? or is it just your speculation? If the guy thinks he can get rid of or screw CBA, he's more stupid.

Wang is a patriotic man. He knows he's wrong that he didn't keep the promise of returning upon request. He'll try make up for it later. That's my speculation.

CBA just declared Wang Zhizhi won't play in WBC this time.

The points Wang and CBA can not agree on are:
    1. Wang needs to go back China play Asian tournament games

    2. Wang has to sign with CBA for some contract.

    3. Wang needs to go back China for national team training when asks to.

    :(

Playing in the Asian Games would prevent Wang from participating in Training Camp, and Pre Season play. Wang would rather stay in the US. He does seriously want to play for China in the World Games though. Too bad he won't get the chance to though.
