With Backe supposedly coming back up by Wednesday, who do you think gets sent back down?

Although Zeke shows flashes of brilliance ever now and then, he seems to get warn down during the course of a game. Going only 5 1/2 innings like he did the other day really hurt us, and almost cost us. (I wouldn't have been able to see Qualls pitch one more inning, or whoever would be after him for that matter).

Zeke has more potential than Wandy to be a starter IMO though.

Wandy has an advantage over Zeke in that he always seems to scrap out a win. But this is mainly because of the phenominal run support he gets (in the Astro's offense case). They both have about the same ERA but Wandy has the slight advantage in that as well.

I guess another option would be, instead of sending them to AA, throw one of them in the bullpen, but I don't see that happening.

So which one would you move out of the starting rotation (either to AA or the pen) to make room for Backe?

I think it should be Zeke. He had a 3.65 ERA since the break before Friday. Wandy has 4.56 ERA since the break. They have 2 off days till the end of the season so they can skip them if they want. Astros have only one lefty in the pen so Wandy would be a welcomed addition. Or the could just rotate who starts because both Wandy and Zeke haven'e thrown this many innings in a season before.
