Wally "However you spell his last name" should be out there. He can shoot (over 50% FG for an entire season at least once) but with Cassell & Spree in Min, they might try and kill him once he complains about his lack of touches. He'd definetly get more touches here so he might like it. I personally cant stand the guy but like I said he can shoot and if nothing elkse maybe we could use him to get JRich or Allen Houston or Jalen Rose (yeah right).
I'm not too fond of wally. He seems to get frustrated easily as seen in the lakers series. He can't create his own shot which is okay by me but I believe he's overrated and easily can be rattled. I like his shot but I don't believe he'd be a good fit for our team and plus might be asking for too much money.
I like Wally and think that his shooting would be great on this team, but after going to realgm I saw that he was a BYC player, which makes him very hard to deal. It'll be interesting to see how the T-Wolves distribute their shots between KG, Spree, Cassell, Wally, Hudson and the Kandi-man.
Why would Minn do this trade? they finnally have a solid team from top to bottem. Sam I Am Wally World Spree KG Kandi Damn that looks like a tough team. No way the Pups are going to break up those guys this year. They should be a very serious contender for Champs this year. Wally will not be traded for anything short of an upgrade...IMO. Wally is an all star while Posey is...well...not an all-star.
If Rox can't open up the wallet for JPo at whatever it is, there's no way in hell we're taking on 10 mil a year for Wally; they're not going to take our scrubs off our hands. It'd be nice, but ... reality strikes again.
Flipping around on cable the other day, desperaate for NBA news, I watched a "4 sports reporters talking" type show out of Minnesota. It was really poor quality and I had to turn the volume up to about 99 just to hear. The ads were murderously loud. But, they all trashed Wally and everytime a trade was brought up all jumped in and said, "but who would take that contract?" in the same tone we discuss Moochie (and Cato previously). Mentioned that McHale had called every gm trying to get rid of Wally. They were clear that he was untradeable.
