An interesting (and overdue?) look @ Carl's performance thus far in comparision to the other rookies (and rookie PFs): Link to full article
From what Bill said last night, Landry can't be considered for ROY because he doesn't have enough minutes yet. Anybody know if Landry continues to log about 20mpg for the rest of the season if that will at least qualify him to be stastically eligable? I don't think there is any chance of him beating out Durant but it would be cool if Landry could be runner up ...assuming he's played enough minutes.
If Landry can't qualify,it will be interesting to see how Scola does. It's great to have both of them.
Hey I'm excited and think landry is a great player but put him on a team thats not of rockets caliber....sorry I take that back this is for ROY not all-star status.... Agreed give landry or scola ROY for the impact they're making on their team
This has me scratching my head. One of the worst in NBA history? Seriously? --> Kevin Durant and Jeff Green Al Horford Yi Jianlian Jamrio Moon Luis Scola and Carl Landry Joakim Noah Mike Conley Corey Brewer All of these guys look like they've got what it takes to be starters in this league. Yi, Horford, and Durant seem like good bets to be All-Stars. It'd be a hard sell to say this draft was worse than 2006, let alone "the history of the NBA." Evan
If you read the entire article, you'll see that the author immediately discounts that idea. He only brought it up for hypothetical purposes.
