[Wacky] Speeder caught on camera!

    The police force of Glueckstadt (northern of Germany) identified a dangerous
    speeder thanks to radar installed in a district where speed is limited to 30km/h.
    A duck actually triggered the camera as it flew a few centimetres off the ground
    at more than 39km/h.

    how in the heck are you folks seeing somebody bending over?
    I don't see anything remotely resembling a human figure in that pic?

    If anything it looks like a huge mutant crab that got deformed in a puddle of ooze (a la the Ninja Turtles) walking along the street.
