You can call this civic obligation. Indeed it is an attempt to assist those who have not taken care of this as well as those who do not know where to get registered - remember it is never too early. In the last weeks many people have come up to me asking for how to register in order to vote in the November general elections. I assume that many here know where to go and how to take care of this but you can effect democracy some more by downloading the PDF file and forwarding it via email to others who may need this information.
