We need his slashing, we could use his shooting too, but it's important first that he's friends with the coach because that's what wins in this league.
I think Wafer would gladly re-accept the role he once had with the Rockets last season after the fiasco he's been through with Olympiakos; he forgot how good he had it in Houston. He was a nobody before Houston and he will continue to be a nobody afterwards. Maybe not, who knows? Maybe he'll mesh well with Memphis...
Agree, he could help big time, but looks like the team wants nothing to do with him. If its his attitude, then I can't blame the rockets for turning him away.
