Besides the recreational activity in Colorado. How's the nightlife ? Places to see ? Scenic places ? Restaurants ? Bars ? Etc Thanks
You ruin peoples lives based on what they do on their personal time.........y'all suck...You know that.
I went through this exact scenario 5 years ago. Can you blame me for disliking the process and the process owners?
I took a weekend vacation to Denver a couple of years back, and it was pretty fun. We stayed at the end of the 16th Street Mall in some I.M. Pei building, I think it was the Sheraton. That put us within walking distance of the Colorado Capital Building, and that was cool to see. Of course the 16th Street Mall is a great tourist destination with all of its bars and restaurants and a free trolley that runs down the whole street, and the historic Union Station at the other end of it gives you easy access to rail lines that run through the rest of the city. When we got bored with 16th Street, we took a quick trip out to Boulder, which is a beautiful town. From there, we drove up through/near the Flatirons and got way up there to a higher point that had awesome views of the Rockies. If it weren't for the ridiculous winters, I would definitely consider moving there. It's a beautiful city (especially Boulder), there's lots of stuff to do and tons of natural beauty in the areas around it.
what weekend, and are you planning to stay in Denver only? btw: if you have flexibility, the Rockets are at Pepsi Center March 7th, a Saturday. We've started a thread about it.
I will be going to Denver from Feb 16-19 as well. Curious about the legal state and just going to relax in the town and find some nice places for my wife and I to eat out...
