Virginia Gov Spanberger first Exec Order: Stop cooperating with ICE

Since we have @Amiga and other openly lying about this, just going to make a thread to keep track of why these conflicts are happening in places like Minnesota and not Florida. Local law enforcement being instructed not to help ICE along with false rhetoric comparing them to Nazi's. They're instructing prisons not to cooperate with ICE and shielding illegals who are currently in prison for actual crimes to not be released to ICE.
