Hilarious piece on Vincent Jackson's performance for one dude who has him using up a Fantasy spot. Vincent Jackson Is A Piece Of ****
Perhaps I was either underestimating him or not convinced he'd come back and produce, but I have been in the same boat as that guy, and while it pissed me off, it really didn't send me over the edge as seen in figure A.
I picked him up a couple of weeks ago. I did it more because I have a 3 game lead and I didn't want anyone else to get him. I still have him, but only because even with this injury, there ain't s*** on the waiver worth picking up instead. It wouldn't be anyone that I'd consider playing. VJ will be back in a couple of weeks and hopefully finish strong...even if I really don't need him.
Simply can't risk SD getting their December superhot streak and not cashing in on it, especially with Dbag Rivers putting up mvp numbers already.
But if he plays, he gets paid. I have a tip. If you sign a contract to do something, do it...or you don't deserve to get paid.
I have waaaayyyy to many Chargers on my fantasy team. It has been a blessing and curse. I got off to a hot start thanks to Floyd and Gates. They both gave me a touchdown per game it seemed. Now, they are both hurt and unproductive when playing. I picked up Crayton when Floyd went down, but Rivers started going to guys like Ajiritutu instead. Tolbert has his share of TDs, but he also has just as many games where he doesn't get very many carries.
But Tolbert seems to always get a td. I've been playing him even when Mathews was healthy and it's mostly paid off.
He gets paid next to nothing. If he has a career ending injury he never gets paid again. He's faking teh injury and wont play the rest of the year
Charger fan here AJ is a ******* .. no doubt.. everyone knows that.. but good riddance to VJ.. he's a selfish piece of crap player that took a gamble and lost.. Oh well Rivers seems to be able to find anyone out there..
