How many years are left on his contract? If there is only 1 year left the Rockets should not draft a Small Forward and try to snag him next offseason. We will have extra cap room due to Hakeem being gone, Francis will still get the big bucks after his rookie contract runs out, and assuming we only sign Mobley to a one year deal (so he can get a big deal with his Bird rights next summer) we can just sign him after Vince.
