JP has really done a great job ... not trying to knock who did it before, but it didn't stand out compared to this. I've been to two games this year and definitely noticed a difference. It's like having a 6th man on the court... and when Rafer's out there, a 5th man.

thx for the cap whats funny is that he left the Grizzlies to be more close to his family and oh what do you know, my guess the Rockets called him and offered him the job since he was here btw, T Gray did suck in his first season, but did improve each season, but is just didn't feel it from the fans.
