    I remember that BEASTLY layup by AB where bill kept going "he put so much english on that ball!"

    Um no i wasn't. Ab drove on the baseline, and threw it up because he was in the land of the giants and because of all the spin he put on the ball it went in.

    No he made it. It was kinda a forward spin as the way he shot it made me think he thought the rim was about 2 feet closer to his side of the backboard... It was a cool trick.

    I agree. He made a hard shot coming from the left baseline and right under Camby I think.

    the OP is correct. brooks was in the deep corner and drove baseline and scored with 3 defenders contesting. i think bullard was the one who remarked on the english
