the last guy that commented on the last video is a hater. Everything he said was negative. He won't give morey props till we get out the 1st round. Morey is pulling rabbits out of hats and this nobody is finding ways to discredit him. It's not morey's fault if the team doesnt make it out the 1st round. He equiped them w/ enough tools to fight for a title.

 

this team still has to get out of the first round to prove legitimacy, regardless of all the talk. you may think he's a hater, but maybe he's a realist?

we've gone into every season with high hopes with injuries destroying all of them when the season ends.

Ultimately it will be up to the players to get the job done. We do have to get out of the 1st round and I feel that despite the additions we are not a championship caliber team even without any injuries. Developing a championship team takes years. It's very rare to see a Boston Celtics like situation. We are in a very difficult conference.

 

I agree with this sentiment. They have to prove it on the court and it is a difficult conference.

But at the same time I feel like we have been developing a championship team for years. Yao and McGrady have been together now for four years. Alston for three and Battier for two years. That's four major rotation players who have been together that had defense and attention to detail instilled by JVG.

Then they improved the PF position by drafting Landry and trading for Scola. Adelman comes along and improves the offense. They're bringing the same team from last year and adding Artest and Barry. I don't think they're anything like the Boston situation.
