WOW. He must be really strong. He threw 2 huge PLASTIC cans. He didn't break the mirror... did he? He didn't even shatter it... I bet that pissed him off even more... LOL
i saw Jeff Bagwell get really pissed during a game once and get tossed After seeing this, Bags most likely did roids
Nothing is worse than being super pissed and attempting to break/punch something and end up doing absolutely no damage to it. Of course, I only know about this because other people have told me.
The gym has an alarm that goes off whenever someone grunts too loud. After the alarm went off, an employee approached him and (I assume) asked him not to grunt so loud.
There is a "lunk alarm" in those gyms (planet fitness), designed to go off and draw attention to you if you are a.)yelling or screaming in an attempt to "amp" yourself up, and lift more weight, or b.) should you drop or slam weights. When the alarm goes off, I believe an employee will walk up and give you a warning or kick you out. This is because these gyms are designed for people who are not aspiring body builders (which apparently, this guy was). They are designed for the average Joe to go to and not be judged....
i thought you might be jokign and googled..crazy that THAT's what that alarm was http://www.fitcommerce.com/Blueprint/page.aspx?pageId=276&announcementId=1095&tabId=87&tabIndex=0
Well, I guess it is if you work out at Planet Fitness. I know that, when I work out, it's very hard to push myself into heavier weight without at least a little grunting. For me, it's not about attention: you're supposed to exhale during your exercise and it just difficult not to grunt a little.
